Maryann’s introduction to real estate began with
her own journey. Being fortunate enough to
purchase a waterfront home on the East End, she
and her family enjoyed the spectacular lifestyle
that the Island encompasses. Her scope of sales
from Greenport to Southampton gave her the
skills to use the look of designer homes to
transform an average home into something
spectacular.

As time progressed, Maryann found herself
moving to the 55 and older communities where
she found a love in investing in and renovating
homes. She specializes in finding homes that
are diamonds in the rough and transforming them
into a buyers dream home. Currently she is
renovating her 12 th home. Her arsenal of
resources and attention to detail are invaluable
in assisting her clients with whatever their needs
may be.

Maryann’s love for the industry and her
knowledge of market trends are what makes her
an outstanding agent.
She enjoys being with her four grandsons and
going to Long Islands hidden treasures from Port
Jefferson to Orient Point.
